Mr. Pravakar Mallick of Puri had a serious cardiac complain. He visited hospitals like Escorts - Delhi and Appollo – Bilaspur where he could get some relief but no cure. Later, he came down to Bhubaneswar’s upcoming multi-specialist Aditya CARE hospital where he was successfully operated on 27 March 2008 and discharged in good health condition on 8 April 2008. He had CAD, DVD, severe MR, Mild AR, Severe PAH, (NYHA FC-IV). He was operated for CABG & Mitral Valve Replacement. Such facilities were not available in Orissa few years back.
